Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is available on the free plan. The only limit is 3 PDF downloads per month. If you need more, subscribe for unlimited downloads.
What counts as a download?
Each time you generate and download a PDF proposal (customer-facing or itemized), that counts as one download. Creating and editing estimates does not count.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The paid plan is month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime and you'll revert to the free plan at the end of your billing cycle.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The free plan requires no credit card and no payment info. You only need a credit card if you choose to upgrade to unlimited downloads.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database. We never share your information with third parties.
How does CRM integration work?
CRM integration is available on paid plans only. You provide your own API key for your CRM (JobNimbus, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Buildertrend, Procore, ServiceTitan, or Housecall Pro). After your account is created, integration setup may take 1–2 weeks to complete.
What if I use Ornamental Designer Pro?
